It's not my style but I figured all the JK no kegs outta Austin would make this worth while.

I guess since you posted in it, it would make you a pointless poster. If you don't like it, don't click on it.

Just out of curiosity, what is pointless about it? The fact that JK kegs rarely make it out of Austin? The fact that it's from a popular Tx. brewery? The fact that a local pub has it on tap? Or, are your jimmies rustled because this does not have "dat whalez" status of a beer or it's not made by St. Arnold? And, why did you click and bother to waste your time posting in it?

You're right, iv been so anxious to try this 2.9% ABV overpriced beer on tap that I see at every store I stop at for beer. Thanks for the heads up. Speaking of Nobi, why don't you come join us Sunday and you can disagree with me there.

I have no problem with anyone disagreeing. I just don't understand the pointless thread post. If it's not your cup of tea then so be it. Besides, I work the next 10 days in a row and have better things to do with my time. I prefer to spend time with my wife and kids on my days off then in a pub drinking.

LOL. This beer is great if bars price it correctly... I buy the crap out of this when it is $3.00 on Sundays at the Draught House.

Its just beer news. Nothing more. Nothing less. Hopefully, this is a sign JK might be letting kegs find their way out of Austin more often.

I wouldn't pay more than $3 for a glass. It's like $8-9 IIRC. And for what it's worth, I like this beer. If you want to be a dick about ice trauma's post, hush your pie hole. No one wants to hear you threadshitting. If you want to have a civil discussion, that's another matter

I saw you edit that post. You can't hide from me!

Also Lutter, I feel it mentionable upon re-reading my post that I should clarify I was not referencing your post at all, other than the bit on price. I feel as though this is obvious, but wanted to state it anyways. GOOD DAY SIR!

Speak for yourself. I'll revert to Donkey-Kong mode and sling it all day.

I won't really, but I just wanted to bring up Donkey Kong...

How in the hell they get all of that subtle flavor in such a low alcohol brew amazes me. $3 a pour is great, I paid $4 when it was on tap in Dallas and I was very happy.

Nothing wrong with this post, if I was in Houston I'd be happy to see a post like this. If I had never had it this would be an excellent opportunity to do so, price point be damned.

Brews Brothers in Galveston (when its open) has the best beer in Galveston county and a N64 in their cigar room with 2-3 controllers, goldeneye and leather couches.
