Big thanks to either Devi0us or xraided, not sure whether Indio is Mudville (in an ironic way I guess), or Brawley Ca., but one of you gets
    Big Big Thankyou

Here is the haul. Well, what can you say about the trifecta of Alpine Insanity? Nelson, Duet and Pure Hoppiness, holy smokes, I wonder how long these will last (hope the other members of my tasting group will miss seeing this post). Then there is one of my all time favorite breweries, especially as they get so little respect for Tricerahops, one of the beers which to me epitomizes balancing many delicious hop flavors atop a just sweet enough base. Ah, but sharing the spotlight, and soon to fill glasses, are goddess Ninkasi's other hop children, Maiden the Shade, Believer Double Red, and Total Domination. Never tried these, but have wanted to for long. And Bruery Mischief, and its bizarro world brother Mischief Gone Wild, what can I say? Maybe,"Anyone got an opener?" lol. Destined for a side by side in the near future with deserving friends for sure. Hangar 24, heard of these guys, can't wait to try their Columbus IPA and big brother Double IPA. And a bottle of Kern River Class V Stout, as if I hadn't already nearly creamed my shorts with what already is listed. With a Bruery shirt I will be happy to wear while drinking from my new Bruery Tulip! Damn, what a haul, thank you so much. Well, now to pour a bit of Maiden the Shade and try to take a pic.

Glad you enjoyed the box. Brawley is my hometown, Indio is where I currently reside, I usually have to travel far to find good beer I'm out in the middle of nowhere .
    Cheers!

Sick haul indeed! I agree on all you said and would be lying if I told you I wasn't a little jealous. Lol

I got into work today to find two big boxes from oline73. I want to thank Stephen for his generosity and selection. Besides the Gonzos (no worries – I love this beer) I haven’t had a single one of these beers and it’s a great mix of beer I can drink now and some I can stash away for a while. The haul:

    12oz:
    Flying Dog Gonzo Imperial Porter
Flying Dog Gonzo Barrel Aged Imperial Porter
Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Exile ESB
Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Lucky 7 Porter
Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Lot No. 3 IPA
Evolution Craft Brewing Co. Primal Pale Ale
    Evil Twin Yin
Evil Twin Yang (I’ve seen this around but have never pulled the trigger on 24oz of badass black & tan)

    16oz can:
National Bohemian Beer Camden Yards 20th Anniversary
This looks like the Old Style of the Orioles. I may have to drink this while I walk to Wrigley next week.

    22oz:
Heavy Seas Below Decks 2011 Barleywine
Heavy Seas Below Decks 2011 Barleywine aged in Cabernet barrels
Heavy Seas Below Decks 2011 Barleywine aged in Bourbon barrels
Heavy Seas Plank I English Style Olde Ale
Heavy Seas Plank II Dopplebock Style Lager
DuClaw Exile Series X-2 Imperial Wit

    Growler:
DuClaw Exile Series X-1 Imperial Chocolate Rye Porter

    Swag:
    Heavy Seas Tshirt
    Heavy Seas Pint glass

I’ll be drinking the growler and all of the small bottles plus the dopplebock in the near future. I love that there is a cabernet barrel treatment of a barleywine, plus the base beer and a bourbon barrel aged version. This is going to make a great side-by-side-by-side. This is also the first growler that I’ve received in a trade. I want to thank Stephen again – getting the growler to pair with the X-2 was above and beyond. Cheers!

Ballast Point: Victory at Sea (2011 & 2012)

Long Trail: Double Bag, Triple Bag

I'd bet this is box 1 of 2. The six point brews are for real.

Glad you like it, but your second box goes out today, as ruizjoseph thought, sorry I wasn't able to get the swag earlier, and the rest of your beers will be there shortly to join their family already in Houston. Consider this box phase one. Enjoy!

If this is phase one the sum of the parts is going to be pretty good.

Dude awesome! I was just a little sad by the lack of swag, but if you are shipping even more beer then I am super excited. I was already pretty happy with my haul, so I can't wait to see what else you may have in store for me! Cheers dude!

I received a box from devi0us yesterday. Just a few matching sets but all are very nice beers and the swag is badass. The double citra lasted no time at all as I invited spillybeers, fjl77 and another buddy to enjoy it with me. [IMG]

I'm glad you liked it, I still owe you a bottle. For some odd reason, I can't land any BB Pt5 to save my life...I hade 3 trades fall through and I couldn't wait any longer because I wanted you to have the Pliny and Citra fresh...once I land some BB Pt5, I'll send you a bottle to complete the pair...

    Cheers!

I just received a call from my office stating 2 "HUGE" boxes are waiting for me. Unfortunately, I am at home with my daughter today becasue her daycare has a sickness going around we are trying to keep her from getting. I am going to try to head out to the office to sneak a peek tonight before I leave town for 3 days, but it will probably be Monday before I get to post the contents.

It was always gonna be two boxes, the hold up was for the ..., thing from the brewery I wanted to double up. Hope you like the swag, it wasn't what I hoped to include, although more local to me, but the beers are all to complete what you already have - I think it will make one set of five, a set of 2, and another double. Cheers , enjoy them!
