    Nah, just kidding. That would be gross. Probably just gonna throw away all those condiments. But can't throw away those brews!

    That's...way too much hahaha. I already had a Flower Power and 90 Minute today. Plus I'm going to Middle Ages on monday. That should be fun.

    Drinking a Rev Rosa which is fine, doing the trick right now. Finishing my homebrew American Brown! Oh and I got accepted to be a Chicago Teaching Fellow so starting this fall I will be teaching Sped in the CPS... so that is AMAZING!! Bust open something big tonight.

    Or it could be a 25 year old kid who went to Badger High School, flunked out of college, begged his daddy to spend the 60 grand to send him to the Siebel Institute and then open a brewery because he knew it could make money. But....what do I know? He's in it for the money, not the passion of beer. His product reflects that.

    Doing a little side-by-side taste test, the darker one on the left is a little more than 4 months old and the lighter one on the right is about 2 weeks old. While the younger one definitely has more hop bite, they both rock. The older one has def held up.
