New CCB release! Gates of Hell!

Seven cases went while I was waiting in line to buy my three bottles. If you want some, you just might want to show up tomorrow, and earlier in the day at that.

Bottle count is 1800.

 

Yeah it was flying out of there but I grabbed 3 bottles. Drank one and am gonna sit on the other 2 for like a year. Its awesome but it has a lot of Bourbon heat.

 

They are gonna be pouring at the spring beer fest at Cajun cafe tomorrow!

 

Drove up after work from Fort Lauderdale, picked up 3 cases for myself and some friends and drove back this morning. Opened a bottle last night and it was excellent. I have a couple of bottles of the base Baltic Porter and will probably do a comparison between it and the GOH at our next bottle share. Without having the base beer in a while, the differences are significant in a very good way.

 

Still a lot in the tasting room as of 30 minutes ago. I'd get there early tomorrow to be sure though.

 

And I'm so happy that you did! Excited to try this one and very psyched that our trade includes the base Baltic Porter so I can try out the comparison on the opposite coast. Cheers!

Too bad this wasn't available on tap. I like to try a beer before I buy a case of it... so I only bought three. But I guess CCB hasn't had trouble selling bottles, or making great beers I gladly will buy, in the past so why change things now?

 

It was on draft at the spring beer fest.

 

Heard they had to re- blend this after the initial BA process , It is a really great brew IMHO.

 

Yeah, it was blended very well, great barrel integration.
