Craft Beer around San Antonio

Thanks everyone for the responses....and for the enthusiasm for DC beer. Maybe I should buy a one-way flight and drive a Uhaul full of beer from DC.

Its only a 3 day visit, so I wasn't planning to check a bag. That being said, I'm now considering it. I'll have limited time, but if I can bring a few things, I'd definitely be interested in meeting a few local BAs.

 

If you're able to bring down some OTWOA, I'll be your bff.

DC Brau is releasing OTWOA every 2 months or so right now, as a limited, brewery only release. They are releasing it this Saturday, meaning that another release should come in early July. So, there is potential for relatively fresh OTWOA when I visit in late-July.

No, but I've been told that it's actually coming this time (unlike LC2).

 

I heard places may start getting it on Tuesday.

It's long been scheduled for today and the expected bottled beers are: Double Trouble, All Day, Cenntenial & Backwoods that I know of.

 

Jester King Salt Lick is hitting shelves this week.

 

According to mhansen42 Gabriel's already has some.

 

They had a few cases out on Saturday.
