    I saw the ad in the latest BA mag - Steel Rail is coming to cans this summer! Very excited to see this!

    Your dream has turned into a nightmare... not only will czech pils not be on cans, but because they are ramping up production of Steal Rail to put in cans, they're skipping over the summer seasonals altogether. Or maybe it's just the hefe they're not producing, I forget what I read...

    I haven't heard this. BBC will be bringing the Czech Pils to the Lager Cask Fundraiser, so I don't know how true what you saw is.

    I heard no hefe and no oktoberfest but definitely czech pils...

    Totally fine with no hefe or oktoberfest, and I will be purchasing at least 6 Steel Rail cans for certain.

    Berkshire rep told me early to mid June for the steel rail cans. SHould be a good time!

    Why not email berkshire and find out? They have always answered any of my questions as long as they were allowed to and possessed the knowledge.

    Probably either at Wachusett or FX Matt. Wachusett was planning to aggressively court other brewers for contract canning.
