Any time I grab some Jester King in low supply, if I come back the next day, it's usually been replenished.

They had a few La Folie yesterday when I went. If that's your thing.

It's really sour, like Rodenbach Grand Cru, if you've had that.

That it is. Love it. Im the kid that ate Warheads until my tongue peeled for days so this is awesome!

Additionally I had the Grand Cru on tap at Hay merchant and actually thought it was a bit subdued.

So, how sour is it? Like Wunderkind sour? Or more like Uberkind?

More like Überkind, imo. I liked Salt Lick more than Über, though.

To me its a smoky wunderkind.

The experimental barrel aged sour this weekend was good. Tasted like Buddha's brew without the kombucha. Jeff said it was the uberkind recipe with a Brett beer.

For me there is too much acetic acid in those beers. Its not the sourness that gets me its the vinegar.

I might trade a Black Crack for an RU-55 (first release). I know that I should, but it's hard to trade a one-off :slight_frown:.

RU-55 still on the shelves at Whole Foods in Bee Cave (as of last week, anyway)
