Don't really see how it could hurt. Might actually start tasting like beer.

I've never actually had it aged but that was my thought process also. When you're at the bottom there's only one way to go.

Glad to hear this one ages well. I've got a 2007 and a 2012 in the cellar, and I'm looking forward to doing a side by side (hopefully soon!).

I literally can't stand more than a sip of DFH Olde School fresh, but I think it gets pretty excellent with age. I had a seven-year-old on draft last year that was quite good.

Tried a 2007 recently and it was out-freaking-standing! One of the best aged beers I've ever had.

Double Bastard for sure. Way too hoppy fresh but at four years it's glorious.

Expedition to get rid of the hops and sweetness in Dark Lord rounds out with time. Hoppy stouts in general.

I won't say Expedition ONLY with age, but I agree it's better as it mellows.

I agree with the the Palo Santo, much better with six months to a year on it. Founders RIS too.

Agreed, but I still drink a fresh snifter of it every year while decorating the tree.

Ive got bombers from the last 3 years in the cellar, planning on popping em when the 2013 bottles drop at the end of the year. It was my first "I think I'll do a vertical" idea. Pretty excited.
