Not to brag, but I actually got to help brew this beer... I won a raffle to be 'Brewer for a Day' at CCB and this is the beer that they had scheduled on the day I brewed with them. Pretty much a dream come true for me, definitely a check off the old bucket list.

Ha, no, I just mule for a couple friends around the state, 6-10 at most at a time.

I'm all for muling for your friends when there are no bottle limits and the beer has been sitting for a few days, I'm just trying to figure out if that guy was muling or spending $840 on beer for himself.

Guessing this beer is the "BA Cherry Cordial Imperial Sweet Stout" from Hunahpu's Day?! If so, I'd say it's worth seeking out. :grinning:

not sure, but Swinging Harry was made over there in Denmark and they do things differently than we do...we have pretty much never distributed anything barrel-aged.

Can't be all for himself, can it? I think 3 1/2 cases would be just a TINY bit excessive for 1 person ha ha

I'm really excited for this release to say the least

I dunno, I wish I had 3 1/2 cases of Leon. The other possibility is he's looking to trade a bunch of it in which case I hope he's not one of those traders that tries to win every trade by cashing in on the new hot bottle, but that's an entirely different discussion. So to get back on topic I want this beer right meow!

The next few months look great for CCB locals. Can't wait for this one, Forgotten Island, and the new 110k. Also have the collab with Widmer Bros. coming too.

Swinging Harry actually made it out of Florida into other Mikkeller markets (like Chicago). Not thinking the same will happen for this one since CCB is at the helm. Some days I wonder why I even left Florida. . . :stuck_out_tongue:
