I like these white ipas (the few I've had) because you get a nice orange peel and coriander flavor and its not mostly grapefruit. Plus you get the hops of an IPA. It's great.

Not particularly. Anchorage's Galaxy IPA is really the only white/Belgian IPA I have absolutely loved. Most others I have had I have not liked. Chainbreaker from Deschutes is OK too.

Yes, I like Witbiers and hops.. I also brewed one of my own with Zythos and Ahtanum last year with coriander and bitter orange peel.

The only thing about the anchorage is is that it is a pain in the balls to pour because of the brett. Leaves a nice snowcone head tho

It's one of my favorite styles as of late. Sam Adams Whitewater IPA is one of my favs right now.

I really liked the Founders/Green Flash Collab (Lynchpin?). I also have enjoyed the NB and Anchorage examples.

Come to think of it, those are the only three I've tried. So, yes: I like white IPAs.

I'm not sure. I've plenty of the tops listed in the style, but I haven't had the most likely candidates - Saranac White or Sam Adams White. Is there anything else I can get in Winston Salem, NC that would get me a solid interpretation of the style?

EDIT: That is, the choices readily available here. Happy Centennial!

After having crooked stave's bretted wit I was pretty stoked to try galaxy. Found it cloying, that shit needed to be brewed with stright brett to dry that beer out.

I've been a fan of most that I have tried. Two delicious styles put together that can really complement each other.

I had Whitewater IPA (is that a White IPA? I don't know what classifies as one) last year when I first started drinking beer and pretty much hated it. Would try again though.

Sam Adams Whitewater IPA is really good, quite refreshing on a hot summer day. Just had a Saranac White IPA a few days back..was pretty decent too.

That's one style I really haven't tried. It doesn't sound all that appealing to me, but I'll have to drink one soon.

Yes. I recently randomly bought a sixer of heavy seas riptide white ipa and was pleasantly surprised at how well the two styles compliment each other. The lady loved it too so it now has a permanent spot in the fridge.
