    Rodenbach Vintage is actually an unblended version of Grand Cru. It uses 100% aged sour beer (Grand Cru is blended with 33% young beer) so it's the most puckering beer Rodenbach makes. Think: Das Wunderkind vs. Das Uberkind.

    It's an annual release, but not in our market yet.

    Not beer related, but whoever brought though breakfast puff pastries that looked like donut holes, thank you. They were awesome!

    8 eggs, scrambled but still a little wet + 4 cooked and mashed sausage links, mixed together
    put about a tsp worth in a wonton wrapper, sprinkle with habanero shredded cheese and hotsauce, seal into a little pouch and fry @375 for 1-2 min or until golden brown and puffy. Enjoy :slight_smile:

    Not since they installed the bottling line, but we are talking about sub 300 bottle counts. (La Muerta was normally higher)
