Ah okay, I traded with a guy who had 6 of them.

 

For me, No - Not at all. Only the BB's are kinda hard for me to get, I haven't missed a release (that I wanted) since DR12 (when I got started)

I've had some close calls, BA Bigfoot mainly - I was only able to get one of those. I'm shocked I got 1/2 a case of KBS in Cleveland. Most of the time if I want something, I do what I have to and get it.

 

Yeah I've only been able to find BB at on-premise sites. But a co-worker of mine is good friends with someone who works for BEK and with BB2 he just gave him a bottle, sooooo I'm going to try and see if I can get a few bottles straight from the distributor.

Its great you got some but my question was about legality of a distributor employees giving free beer.

I definitely didn't get any! I was just explaining what I meant by DM;GBB; it wasn't meant to be a serious reply.

 

I don't know if he just stole it from a case or was given samples or if he purchased them himself. The only time I've talked to the guy he said I could go up there and buy beer straight from the distributor so that's what I'm going to ask.

Oh, that's a toughie. I'm proctoring (STILL) from 2-5, and grading right after that. I could get there at 7, maybe... I'll definitely be at Banger's on Wednesday for the 2013 tap and 2012 bottles, though. Sorry that you're working (I think) then .

No just wondering... If we can buy direct from distro then I want in.. just never heard of anyone ever doing this... Also wonder if a distro selling direct to consumer is a violation of some sorts...

 

Are they selling bottles to go or for on-site consumption? To my knowledge they don't sell liquor so technically they COULD sell it to go.
