New Iowa Double IPA Sosus

Just opened a bottle of Sosus with my friends here in San Diego yesterday and it was fantastic. All of us were unanimously blown away by this beer and immediately wanted more. You all are up to some great stuff and can't wait to try more from TG! You have at least one fan in San Diego! Cheers!

How often is Sosus brewed or planned on being brewed? I need an Iowa trader, haha

 

Have you tried pseudoSue yet? I assume it will be more readily available than Sosus on a consistent basis. It is hands down one of the best beers being brewed in the US if you ask me (though I haven't had Sosus yet....but I do have a bottle). Get your hands on ANY TG beers that you can...they are all world class from what I've had.

Really hope they start bottling Golden Nugget as well, though I hear that may be a while.

Sue is amazing, very similar to Zombie Dust. I've had Sue, Pompeii, and Golden Nugget. All three were good, with Sue GN being outstanding. Something special happening in IA.

 

Yeah, me too, and I live in Des Moines.

 

Sosus will be back a few more times this year along with some other fun new beers.

Des Moines is usually part of a huge run for us that we can only do every other week. In the case of Sosus, it was gone before the trip came up again. The easiest solution to this would be to make more beer, but we cannot make one more drop of beer than we are at the moment!

Maybe we can make it up to you guys somehow. We'll see if we can come up with something.

Tonight's IPA/Hoppy tasting... unanimous favorites included Sosus & Pseudosue... these beers stood head-and-shoulders above many other well regarded hoppy beers (all very fresh but to remain nameless). Cheers you guys!!
