My company has membership to them, reservations included tickets to disneyland, however, as of 2012 they require you to buy your own pass in and pay for the meal which shows how much disneyland loves to drain the wallet.

Why don't you just enjoy beers that you can find in the Southeast but now in the Northwest. I know that they don't really compare to what you can get daily but I must recommend SweetWater IPA as I was very impressed by it. I didn't enjoy so much of Cigar City or Terrapin except the Terrapin Wake-N-Bake which I enjoyed.

Damn you Disneyland and Disney World... why are you so confusing to me... ha-ha. Oh well... try some So. Cal. Brews they are much better then what the Southeast is offering... ha-ha.

I got some really great beer at Albertson's when we picked up some Graham Crackers for the kids. Speedway Stout, Coronado Brewing, Green Flash, etc.

Been there done that (Disney World...TOO MANY times to count), either Disney equates to beer purgatory and an empty wallet. I feel your pain, man. Are you driving or flying? Driving, no brainer load up the car, flying, that's tougher unless there's a decent bottle shop within driving distance. We were at Disney World and was able to find a place within 15 minutes where my father in law and I could stock up on decent craft beer that's more accessible.

Flying-Seattle to OC, so not too long. I'm really trying to make this trip all about the kids which is why I'm planning to pack some bottles. If I have a chance to get away, I likely will check out the place VanLingleipa mentioned.Part of my rationale is that we have to check bags anyway, so it isn't really a problem to pack a few bottles along.

So, we took off today. My wife gave me a wtf look when I tried to pack the bottles. So, we hit Hollinghead deli per the recommendation above. Bought some Speedway Stout, Ballast Point Shipwreck, A Karl Strauss stout, some Germans, Fullers, Russian River and some other gems. I even grabbed some nice ciders for my wife.

Found SNPA at the restaurant we took my daughter for her birthday and am enjoying a Nobility IPA in the room now.

    Cheers!

Yeah, get that same look from my wife also. Then again, I have to remind her of her love for Stone Ruination - conversation over. I also realize she is an exception with her beer tastes (which isn't as passionate as mine), but good nonetheless (just not exploratory which is O.K.).

Sorry- Sea Monster not Shipwreck from Ballast Point. I had the Karl Strauss on my mind.

JZellinger- My wife's palate is a mystery to me. She loves huge, bold tannic wines and dark intense coffee, but gets put off by dark intense beers. She goes for Tripels and Saisons and really likes good ciders which the shop in Orange delivered.

We leave in about a week for Disneyland. Looking forward to trying some local beers while I am there.

Why does this remind me of that SNL skit with Reese Witherspoon as Ariel singing about her non-so-fresh mermaid feeling?

Exactly! I don't really mind Tower 10 but when they started carrying Torpedo recently it's been a lot easier to get me to go back.
