haha  Just some examples of hops (citra, cascade and magnum). I did a little tasting event for the hotel I work at, we were sampling out Revolutions a Little Crazy so I brought some examples of the hops that go into it to show the guest.

Thanks! I'm still trying to find one from San Francisco, where I'm originally from, and then my set will be complete! Unfortunately I've never seen one, let alone seen one for sale.

This is relatively updated. Have some bottles on the side waiting to go out and just added 6 Kane A Night To End All Dawns. And of course the fridge. Some cantillon in the back of each pic you can't see, but the main event is right there in the middle. Can't wait to open that.

I have the same fridge and my shelves were bowing. So. I cut some 2x1 inch boards and used them as supports for each row. I cut notches in the ends so they would fit into the metal racks. Worked great and nothing broke.

Any chance you can post a picture? I'm trying to see it in my head but can't tell if you are talking horizontally to support, or different wood pieced vertically from the bottom of the fridge going each row to support the middle.

Lol! Well hey at least you got some kick ass beers! Question tho it looks like you have some in a fridge, is it turned on? I was always under the impression that people said beers dont age as well in the fridge and optimal is like 45-55 or (60-70 degree basements for the rest of us broke BA's who can't afford a temperature regulated cellar).
