Currently hooked on the stout, but my favorite would probably be SNPA.

A SNPA in the woods by the campfire is about as good as it gets.

Two years ago, I would have said Bigfoot was the best bang for your SN bucks, but now I gotta say either Ruthless Rye or Celebration.

Sierra Nevada is my favorite large brewery, everything they make is great in my opinion.

Trying to pick just one favorite Sierra Nevada beer is just too hard. They brew so many great beers.

Okay I just started to list my favorite beers by SN, and realized that is dumb, they are all just solid. Hoptimum was one of my first DIPAs and it really flipped the switch for me on what hops are.

Hoptimum, more than any other beer I think I've had, tastes like what you would think raw hops would taste like based on their smell. And they smell wonderful. (FYI: They don't taste good)

Celebration, because I love the fresh hops.
Kellerweis, because I think it's the best hefe made in USA
Pale Ale, because it's the epitome of APA
    Torpedo, because it's a great reasonably-priced IPA

Hope there is some left tomorrow/today. This stuff is good.

    Sierra Nevada Blindfold
    Container: Draught
    Style: Black IPA
    Brewer: Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
    City: Chico, CA
    Country: United States
Description: This black IPA is part of the Brewers Dozen series of beers that Sierra Nevada only releases in craft-centric beer bars like the Saucer. It features a blend of American hop varieties that produce an aromatic and fruity hop aroma, which contrasts the coffee-like malt flavors and dry finish. Light in body with a bold hoppy character. 7% abv.

My love for pale ales began when I bought a 6 pk. of SNPA. I only planned to have 2 but I ended up finishing the entire pack in one go. Totally blew me away when I first got into beers.

THE PALE ALE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART. BUT CELEBRATION IS MY #1. I LOVE THAT THEY RELEASE IT WHEN OTHER BREWERIES ARE PUTTING OUT SPICEY MALT BOMBS FOR THEIR CHRISTMAS BREW.

I don't think I'll ever tire of SNPA, though I've also come to really look forward to Celebration, Narwhal, and Ruthless Rye.

Some do, for sure, but SN Porter has a hop interplay that fades after a while. But by 'fresh' I'm thinking more like within 4 months, not really that whole 'drink it within 2 weeks' thing. I've had them at 6 months, and something is definitely missing.
