Anyone know if Fat Bao still has some? I'm thinking of picking some up after work.

I'd say KBS 20 times out of 10.

    Different tastes though...

BB3 hands down. I've only had KBS once, but it wasn't memorable.

They actually remind me of a thinner aged KBS.

I think Backwoods Bastard is a better comparison. Both are heavy on the vanilla, syrupy, and barrel flavors. KBS has much more coffee and a bit less barrel flavor. Still wish BB3 was a tad fuller.

As I don't live in htown, I am sending my friend who lives there to go out and hunt for BBH. Any locations in Spring, woodlands or north area still have any? I have no clue what places in that area normally get these releases.

Seems like most of these places already received their shipments of this. You might be hard pressed into trading for one if you want one.

Unless any North Houston BA has info for ya

I know hebs already got theirs and is all gone. I don't shop Kroger so I can't speak on that. You may try kroger though. I hear those are less active for limited releases.

I've got an extra 005 that I would love to exchange for an Ananke with anyone who was at Freetail last Saturday.

    I got one!

Also it's looking like there was a lot less 005 then there was 003. At this point it's easier to track down a BB3 it seems.

I was lucky enough to get a bottle of 005 yesterday. First time trying this beer. Wow! I friggin love this beer. Thr right amount of oak and bourbon coming through. Went great with a Davidoff Millenium Blend. Love this beer. Probably hard to find now but am gonna look tomorrow. I enjoyed this way more than KBS. Cheers

HEB Katy Mason Rd. has 4-5 bottles of FUN 005 hidden behind the Liefmans Kriek in the cooler.
