005 is too close to OG, Nowhere NEAR 003. I thought it would be a happy medium.... NOPE.

It tastes like 3 parts OG to 1 part 003.

 

I'd take one off ya if you need to unload it. I've still got an 003 I'd like to compare it to at our Austin BA tasting.

For my NW Houston BA's, the HEB at 290 and Barker Cypress just received 2 cases of 005.

 

I didn't ask about any in the back but as of 12:45, HEB at 290 and Barker has two (that i saw) bottles hiding behind some Rogue brew. $14.60 with tax

 

Putting it where no one would look.

 

I'm bout to take some Weisse Versa out by the pool on this beautiful day. Damn I'm thankful for this beer being so good, cheap, and easy to acquire.
