    Picked up a growler from a local brewery that recently opened up in town - Bog Iron Brewing Stinger IPA. Not a bad way to start the afternoon before I have to take care of the lawn. Maybe I'll have another pint, enjoy the great weather, listen to some Tom Petty, and take care of lawn tomorrow....

    Granville island cloak and dagger cascadian dark. Man this is enjoyable. Every GI limited release has been awesome. Lots of hops, lots of toasted flavors. Some chocolate on the finish. So good

    Hello Mr Grumpy. I have a question I figured you could answer best and figured what better place to ask it then off of a picture of some Framboos since the question is about Framboos. Simply the question I have is do you know anything about possible infected bottles of the 2011 Framboos or are the couple of people telling me about it full of nonsense.

    Languedoc region, with grenache blanc, sauvignon, and clairette grapes. I know little about wine in general, and even less about French wine specifically, but i really like this one. plus the Red Wings scored right after I poured my second cup, so that's something (French wine and playoff hockey... an odd but enjoyable combination).

    Definitely up there with one of the greatest brews I've ever had. Amazing, hands down. FFF is doing incredible things.
