I'm reading through a thread. I decide to check out a fellow member's profile. I click on the name/link beneath the avatar/picture. The profile box zooms open displaying information. However the box is no longer big enough and the bottom line of the stats information is outside of the rectangle and virtually illegible against the white background.
Safari on a Mac, same browser used for years, but this "problem" is new and seems to be Safari specific.
Thanks for the double check. Restarting the laptop and Safari has eliminated the effect so what ever it was acts like an interaction with some other piece of software on the machine that didn't clean up after itself properly. Edit: That’s not it. All other software shut down and the problem has just resurfaced.... Since its not the site I'll try purging the caches.
Added some place/beerfly reviews just now, but the stat numbers didn't change, specifically for "Places reviewed:" and "US States:".
Unrelated to this thread, but I'll look into it. Regardless, and as previously posted, Beer Karma/stats also updates hourly. Update: I ran the counts manually. They're accurate. No issues. Message me if you run into any discrepancies going forward.
Yep, I saw the same behavior that you did where the counts only get updated for display on the hour (both for the number in the profile/sidebar as well as for the top of the page). No worries as it corrects itself in no more than an hour.
