    also sampled beers from Half Acre, Destihl, Revolution, 18th Street, Solemn Oath, Flossmoor, and a bunch of other great breweries. Today was a fucking blast!

    Illinois born and raised but Yeah we eat brats here at least once a week in the summer, Authentic ones we have a guy in Madison, Wi that makes them for us and man are they awesome. I dunno if you ever had smoked brats but that takes them to a whole nother level. Getting ready to pull the butt off its been almost 11 hrs . gonna let rest and then enjoy something refreshing while I pull some pork.
