    Finished brewing, and cleaned it all up and put away.. The BGE has produced a succulent peach/apple smoked chicken that I'll serve with a charred apple/bourbon glaze, slow cooked southern garlic green beans, and a ranch and bacon pasta salad..

    Bruery White Oak to go with it, sounded pretty good with it..
