I also got two BB3s there. I also had a personal deep dish pizza and a pint of Endeavour!

I'm going to try and make it to the next Nobi bottle share to get to meet some of you guys. I'm there every Thursday night. I've met some cool people over there.

Likely 3 of them (or perhaps a vertical?). Along with 3 Cantillon somethings, 3 JK somethings, a crapton of Bishop's Barrel (I think), Avery Meph, a Gulden Draak, and I think one of the RC Small Batch.

I wish my cellar looked like that.

You guys (re: BRAD) need to tell me what equipment I need to have a Sweet Cellar. ...And where I can get it for cheap.

EDIT: Heretic, I see a few BB and a good number of DR. He's going to have more BB coming his way soon, too

If anyone is still looking for the BB3 in Austin, there's still a handful of bottles out at Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza by Jester King. Going for under $7 a bottle.

Lutt will help you drink some of those Loons to the left!

You need to get some plastic milk crates so you can double stack.

Watch Craigslist like a hawk looking for someone getting rid of a refrigerator or freezer. Grab one in decent condition on the cheap. Buy a temp controller and you're done.

Here is an older pic of my main "cellar".

I just started every day by checking craigslist. Eventually found that upright freezer for $75. Added a Johnson Temp Controller to maintain the temp and it was done. Holds about 120 large format bottles. 3 cases of regular bottles on the bottom and then whatever I can fit on the door. Chest freezers are pretty easy to find, but I think the upright is ideal for being able to easily find stuff, so I was glad I found this one.

I keep all my Belgians/Gueuze/Lambic on the far left shelf hump. Those are 2 Cantillon Oude Geuze and a Kriek. Soon to be joined by 2 St. Lamvinus and a 2008 Lou Pepe Kriek. Few Jester Kings in there are mostly for my regular trade partner. Most of those Saint Arnolds are DR12, with a handful of DR13 (which I actually wouldn't mind trading if anyone wants 'em). Maybe 4 or 5 of those are Bishop's Barrels. Yes to Meph, Gulden Draak (I've had that in there almost a year. I'll need to buy a fresher one to compare). No Ranger Creek graces my cellar. I'm completely done with them for the time being.

Oh and there's no Rumpkin, UHCougar12. You must be looking at the mephistopheles stout?

If you fellas are ever curious what I have in there or want to trade for something, I have my cellar link in my profile page on here. It's mostly up-to-date. http://www.cellarhq.com/cellar/Clonies720.

I like DonD's cellar better than mine. Looks more 1337. But I think mine might be easier to grab bottles since I can see them all. Looks like Don's fridge goes back pretty far. Then again he has more space. Pros & Cons bro.

Yeah. Was lucky enough to score 5 from the scratch tickets (I'm originally from NH, so I have family up there). Have 1 left. Was truly a great beer when fresh, but it doesn't seem to hold up. Last one I had was not that great. I may open the last one this Saturday at Petrol for my bday. And I was just in Portsmouth this weekend and missed having it on tap by like 3 hours. Surprisingly the keg lasted a day and a half.
