10 grain beer aka Bulk Bin Fever

    In order of approximate percentage... haven't come up with the full recipe yet.

    Malted Barley & Specialty Grains
    Malted Wheat
    Toasted Oats
    Rye
    Emmer
    Spelt
    Buckwheat
    Flaiked Maize (toasted?)
    Rice
    Quinoa
    & some rice hulls of course.

    Moar?

    Seems like it would be a very interesting saisonish brew, with nothing standing out, however. Might be a good candidate for a low temp overnight mash to try and get as much to convert as possible. Then a brett treatment to consume what doesn't.

    I'm thinking I'll do something with all the unmalted grains & part of the malted grains overnight then add the rest of the malted grains at an alpha temp the next day.
