Understandable, but if she just goes a couple more miles on 94E, she'll have a bigger selection and way cheaper prices than Mars. In case you haven't been or heard, if she does go to Woodman's, it's only cash or debit card.

Celebrating a Bruins win with my old man. He ran out of Bud Lights and started mooching off my brews but I'm fine with it. He chose Founders Pale Ale and a Lagunitas IPA over the Mich Ultras that were kicking around in the fridge. Good man dad.

 

Needed a physical & mental break due to the past 24 hours. Decided to go with a first for me. Loved every drop of it. Thank you to those that sent kind words. Keep praying for the Okies.

2nd beer tonight, Odell Myrcenary.

 

I went out to BFD with some friends from work, after work(lots of low ABV Jolly Pumpkin on tap that I enjoyed); then I went to a Homebrew club meeting and now some reviewing:

So damn good. Finish was a lot dryer than I expected, but not really a bad thing. A lot of balance and robust flavors going on. Insanely drinkable.


Not sure about the review hate on this. Quite a nice hoppy Bwine at the moment, no idea on age; but its quite balanced with good complexity of malt and hop flavors.

Just got home from my little brothers choir concert. I popped open a GI 25th anny ESB. Maybe it's just because I rarely drink ESB but I LOVE this beer. I think I will seek out ESB's a little bit more.
