I know the majority of you only drink IPA's (and all of its variants) and stouts (and all of its variants)
I'm wondering what you all drink outside of these two styles?

    BSDA/Quads
    Dopplebocks
    Hefeweissens
    pilseners

I was unaware it was official that the majority of the site only drinks IPAs and Stouts. These might get the most press, but I'm sure the majority of BAs drink a wide variety of styles.

Personally, I drink most anything, but you won't often see me order a hefeweizen, a Belgian blonde or a macro lager (US or Euro)

Yea seriously. I would guess most BA's are actually open to most styles. I drink everything but sours. Just haven't gotten into them yet.

Lager isn't a style. It's a way of fermentation (or something along those lines). Either way, it's much more than just "a style."

I'd like to think that's true as well.

I drink whatever I have a taste for, from Pilsners to Barley Wine. About the only style I stay away from are Lambic and Gueuze -- have just never gotten the taste for those.

Mostly beverages with Malt, hops and yeast. Good stuff.

Really I'm a equal opportunity kind of beer drinker. I don't discriminate.

When I opened this thread I was going to say Scotch.

I'm not a huge IPA fan (definitely appreciate them though), but I tend to lean toward beers that are more crisp and balanced. Behold:

Pilsner (both Czech and German, tend to favor the Czech)
    Maibock
Amber ale (simple and straight to the point)
    Brown ale
    Porter

I can appreciate a good hard cider. I've actually been drinking more hard cider than beer recently.

I drink mostly IPA's and Pale ales. Sometimes a wheat or two when it gets hot out. I do enjoy some SN Summerfest while out on the course as well. I'm not a huge fan of belgians but I'll have them from time to time.
