First day it comes out too. I'm sure they'd post that they're tapping a Hoptimum Keg on their FB page for all interesting drinkers to know..?

Gabriel's in San Antonio got 10 cases yesterday.

 

When's it gonna be in the system so we can buy some?

Austin Spec's does not yet have it. Any sightings yet?

 

Hoptimum will go on sale tomorrow at Gabriel's.

 

It seems that Ben E Keith will start distributing to stores in the "next couple of weeks." This is also what they said mid March.

Austin seems to be out of luck right now. I may have to make a trip south to Gabriel's

 

Hoptimum is great, but I think I prefer Deviant Dales

 

HEB in Houston at SH 249/Louetta has about 3 cases left as of this afternoon. Drinking very nicely.

 

Finally found in Austin

Specs (Brodie) has it for 9.99 a six pack. I saw about 8 other cases.

Other notable releases: Deviant Dales (12.98 a six pack), Victory Summer Ale, and they still have 6 cases of Rye on Rye

 

Arbor Walk Specs has it as well if you're on the north side...Rye on Rye too

 

Whip In is only allowing 2 bottles per person. They're breaking the 4 packs. You can probably find a 4 pack at many different locations starting in the next few days. Hoptimum is not a limited release - it should be as plentiful as Big Foot (if they didn't produce more than BF).

 

Sunrise minimart has it as well...not sure if they are breaking 4 packs, that's bs if you ask me. Whip In is my last resort for finding beer due to practices such as that. I grabbed two 4 packs at Arbor Walk Specs $9.99/each and could have cleared them out if I had chosen too. How much is Whip In selling singles for?
