FORE!!!!! BIF HINTS AND HAULS

received a few additions to our box last night and should be finalizing this weekend for midweek ship out

 

'BreesOn6221wheels' box went out this morning. In the immortal words of Jean Paul Sartre, 'Au revoir, gopher'.

 

This box is on a FedEx truck for delivery in a state where they have a hurricane every now and then - and in a neighborhood where the mailboxes look like they're built to withstand hurricane force winds...FORE!!!!!

 

I have a big ass concrete mailbox.i live in fl, i have a golf course within a mile and hurricanes suck. This could be me. Id so please tell me as i have plans later and a box thief lives in the neighborhood

 

FalconA and I have finalized our box contents minus the fresh IPA. Hoping to find something cool on tap we get in a growler and then send this box out!

so the planning is done, the beers are in hand. Here is the breakdown. 352.2 total oz's, here are the particuliars:
Hole #1: American Sour with Fruit. 23.4 oz's, not your regular fuzzy fruit
Hole #2: BA Stout or BA Barleywine Large Format (22oz or greater) BA score of 92+. 24 oz's, 2 year's of the same BA Barleywine
Hole #3: Shelf Turd. 64 oz's of a top want from our targets
Hole #4 Everyone loves this beer right? 64 oz's, 3 year vert, BA score 100
Hole #5 Dig in that cellar. 5 year vert of a BA beer, you might have limited access to it, but I don't think you have one going back to 08
Hole #6 Little Guy. "Whatch-you-know Denunzio" Beer in a container that is less than 15 ounces, must be one of the following: (not all) brewery only, rated 97 or higher, or barrel aged. 12 oz'r, hit all 3 requirements
Hole #7 Take a mulligan.... Send one Barrel Aged beer + The base beer it was made with. 48 oz's, 2 for each of you.
Hole #8 Brewery only. "What's that sign say!?" A brewery only beer, minimum 22oz (can be more than one bottle or a growler) from a brewery in your home state. 25.4 oz's, 1 of 300 or so, 2012 - Imperial Stout in first-use Woodfoord Reserve bourbon barrels for 6 months." BA grade of 97.
Hole #9 So fresh and so green. 25.4 oz's of BA grade 93, released last Saturday.
Mnbearsfan and I had a great time corralling and obtaining, will be packaged tomorrow and shipped Tuesday. Mght have it by the weekend. FORE!!!!

 

it was definitely a collaborative effort, with 3 seperate "thinking/drinking" sessions.

 

Gonna ship this week Tues/weds/Thurs two separate boxes.

Now that our target has been identified I'm shifting my focus to our sender (please, oh please, oh please let it be biglobo and friend). If it's not you, then I will forever refer to you as Tiger Woods since you're killing it but appear to be bending the rules in the process. But if you're our sender then I will play the part of Helen Keller and turn a blind eye.

 

Our box is not going to the land of Charm City. So.......we are rebels, just trying to spread beer karma and make our targets shit their pants. Besides, I just re read the rules. What rules are we breaking? There are no maximums set on any hole.

 

Guessing it's one of those other teams as no one really hates SJ, most are just indifferent, unless you have met leschkie and Beerdy.

 

Hint for our targets -
There are a few golf courses within a five mile radius of the delivery location (at least according to Yelp). There is also MiniGolf within that radius as well!
Box is on-time with a delivery estimate of Wednesday.

 

Just boxed everything up and FalconA and I are quite happy with the box we are sending out. Plenty of PNW goodness. Every hole in the box is from a West Coast state, 4xWashington, 2xOregon, 2xCali, 1xAlaska.

 

OK were shipping boxes on Tuesday/ weds. Followed by additional growlers on following Monday

To a state/city my Granny has/had friends.
