Jester King Craft Brewery

It may be worth doing it a little earlier if possible. Stanley's and JK tends to really pick up around 1 PM. Not that I don't mind sharing, but I have a feeling it would draw quite a bit of attention.

 

thanks for the heads up! i've only been once, and it was just for the tour.
mrkmrk was already crying about having to be ready to go by 10am, but i'll see to it that we'll get there earlier, if it's all right with clonies.

I left for Ananke at about 7AM. And even that was apparently late. Bottle share was way past full swing by the time we got there.

I'm good with as early as you guys wanna go. And yes mrkmrk I want go early.

11 AM? That gives us some time to enjoy a few brews before Stanleys is open. This is only if Jeff is okay with us starting early...

I personally feel that it would be best to start finishing / cleaning up before the masses arrive.

 

You knuckleheads wanna start another bottleshare thread(or take it to BM), so the rest of us can get relevant brewery info without having to sift through all this? Maybe post up all the videos you want in that one so this one doesn't end up getting deleted... again.

 

I'll start a thread, but I'm curious if you're going to post this because of what I'm guessing you find to be non-relevant information, then why are you not posting that across all the other threads? there's plenty of non-relevant information in all of them. Genuinely curious.

Absolutely agree, this one just happened to be the thread I was currently seeking info from. The video, and the possibility of deletion was more a factor in me saying anything. Don't take it personal, man. I'm not hating on your "share" plans. More power to ya'll, and good luck with all that.

Oh I ain't even mad bro. Was really curious. I hear your concerns and certainly share them to an extent. mrkmrk just gets a little excited sometimes. I think he's in the midst of a love affair with posting youtube vids. (you know it's true). Thanks for the feedback.

Now back to your regularly scheduled Jester King updates. How bout that Viking Metal eh? Did Jeff say they were thinking about doing brewery-only release for that? I need gin-barrel aged goodness in my mouth. Hell I'd consider bathing in it.

Yeah, sorry for being a dick, dude. I tried to delete my post before realizing that this forum doesn't provide that option, for some indiscernible reason. I was about to just report it, but I figure that if the mods come back, they'll probably just delete the entire Southwest forum.

Some semblance of order and organization is necessary, I guess--can't blame ya for trying to keep it that way.

*Relevant info: So after some painstakingly thorough searching... ... I now see Jeff plans to brewery release Viking with the AR once the laws are in order. Anyone have a clue how that's going, or is it still too early in the game to determine that?

I think I'm gonna take my Dad out to JK this Saturday. Don't have much to offer bottle share wise, but I would love to see the aftermath/talk beer and whatnot with you folks. I'll probably roll in around 12:45 or so.

 

That's from March 25th. The bill(s) are awaiting Gov Perry's signature, then they are immediately put into law.
