With a name like "Bourbon Barrel Beer Belly", I'm surprised that you're questioning whether or not to buy a $20 bottle. Considering that a lot of barrel aged beers run for $15-30ish for a bottle.

Seriously though, I would buy it at least once to try it. It's a fantastic beer.

Such a good beer, but the price is steep. Worth getting once, for sure.

Yes get IBB its simply awesome although the price you mention is probably $5 higher than I've paid.
Labyrinth is excellent although not many people seem to care to talk about it much. Too available to create much chatter I'd guess.Awesome for sure!
Even more Jesus is another great beer! Super big and rich!

In short, the beers you've mentioned are all top top notch.
Try them all! You'll be a happy man! Believe that!

I didn't fall in love with it. If you can spend the money on Stone IRS, Ten Fidy, or something instead, do that.

I really liked it, although be warned that it is as thick a beer as it sounds. A cold winter night suites it great. But that won't be for a while... so try it anyways!

And to those who said try it at least once, I tried it once and will probably only try it once. But I'm really glad I tried it!

I just had fresh Imperial Biscotti Break a little over a month ago. I paid $26- bottle and was okay with the price, because I'd been in search of a fresh bottle since release. I didn't review the beer to my knowledge, but I recall all attributes.
First of all, I expect amaretto/almond when I hear the word Biscotti. There was none. I have an amaretto liquor collection. There was absolutely nothing in Biscotti Break. Second, I tend to find most modern biscotti recipes involve a chocolate dunk for hard shell. There was no chocolate in Biscotti Break. Third, a biscotti inspired stout should open up once warm. Biscotti Break shut down, becoming a boozy, yet thin, mess.
The concept behind Biscotti Break would have been great if executed.

Yes, drink it on draft all of the time and buy bottles, my girlfriend's favorite beer. And yes, even if its only once, but I think you'll shortly realize you'd be happy to do it again.

Get it. Never had the bottle, only draft and it was wonderful. I do have a bottle at home and I cannot wait to crack it open!

Do it. I definitely got the almond and chocolate as it warmed up, and the coffee is less present. A great beer but I'd probably pay $12 tops for it.

Get one to try with the mentality of just trying it to enjoy it. Forget about price or hype, enjoy the beer for what it is. When you question if it is worth it, you build a hype on yourself that no beer will surpass even if it was rated a 101 here.
