Beverage Systen Cleaner (Potassium Hydroxide)for Keggle System

    Just dumped a 1/2 bottle (16 oz) into my brew kettle (recirc) to ease my conscience...instructions say warm or cool water but mine was just short of boiling...will I be sorry if I flush thoroughly?

    No, it is fine. Did they give you a final concentration? I would not go sticking my arm in that and I would wear eye protection. Hydroxide ions are pretty strong even at low concentrations.
