I picked up a bottle of Olde Cruz late last year and hope to give it a try sometime. I missed out on Anniversary bottles. Seems like they bottle stuff up from time to time...

Jim just got a label approved for Big Chief so look for that in the very near future (on the Foggy Noggin Facebook page). I've only been able to try the Beaver but I loved it and look forward to trying many more of their offerings.

Edit: just saw your link OP...my bad :slight_frown:

Not trying to assume anything but sounds like a sneaky marketing ripoff of Noggin Floggin barleywine from Hopworks.

Fremont Brewing has a winter seasonal called Abominable just like Hopworks' Abominable winter ale. Must be some conspiracy of Washington breweries ripping of Hopworks' beer names.

I'm pretty sure Jim also got the label approved for Wasky - his burton ale. If memory serves, Wasky is getting bottled first but I'm not positive. I'll have to remember to ask him the next time I'm out there.

Or maybe HUB & Fremont ripping off Stoudts. Any more conspiracy theorys you'd like to share

All of the bottles I've had from Foggy Noggin' have been great but distribution is really limited. Best bet is to swing by the brewery or keep your eye on the facebook page for Full Throttle Bottles to see when they come in. The Olde Cruz came and went quickly, as did the Anniversary Ale (both of which I really enjoyed). The Olde Cruz was a huge surprise and I really wish I had another bottle.

Jim was on vacation on Saturday so I couldn't ask him about the next bottled offering. He should be back at the brewery next Saturday (least I think so). His German alt was a nice offering - brewery only though. No growlers. No bottles.
