Has something changed @ Cantillon regarding Lou Pepe Framboise? I mainly trade Cantillon/3F out of Canada and this year (I start trading in May once it's warm enough) the LP-F requests have been through the roof compared to 2012. Did they threaten to retire LP-F or something? :stuck_out_tongue: (I thought that was Mamouche...!)

Also, I've noticed a general lack of Lou Pepes for sale at the Belgian online stores. Is this temporary for this time of year, or have people been cleaning them out more this year than in 2012? I used to see a decent amount of Lou Pepes online last year...

You're in luck because out of the three Lou-Pepe Gueuze is the most sought after, and hardest to get I've found. You picked a good one to have an extra of...

If it doesn't get done in the next few days, let me know and I can probably do a trade with you to swap 1:1 for a 2008 Lou Pepe Framboise. I ship from Canada (you'd ship to Arizona), so it would need to be a bit bigger of a trade though (is that BA Kopi for trade? :sunglasses:) to make shipping worth while at my end (1 bottle = $25 to ship, 3 bottles = $40 to ship at my end).

They definitely are selling out much quicker online these days. I don't know if that is related to a decrease in production or not, but LP's were always made in very small numbers, so I'm sure growing popularity has a lot to do with it. (Lamvinus also seems to have fully entered this rarity level on the 'loon scale)

    No idea on Framboise...

It could be that people are looking for LP Framboise because they've been selling it sporadically over the past 6-8 weeks at Cantillon.
