Not nearly as dangerous as posting and drinking.

Chocolate Ghost Pepper really grabs my interest. Hope to try one day.

Have had Victory at Sea on cask with rum soaked oak chips, quite tasty.

A couple years ago, there seemed to be a different variation on keg or cask throughout Los Angeles for a week or so. I think I got to try 3 or 4 varieties and my favorite was a Rum Raisin version (aged on rum soaked oak chips and dry hopped with California raisins) on cask at The Daily Pint.

I really dug the chocolate orange one. It looked like some murky nasty dirt water, but it tasted just like one of those chocolate oranges you smack on a table. Even got to bring a growler of it home.:grinning:

Last year during San Diego Beer Week at Hamilton's they had 12 different varieties. I tried the Pumpkin, rum barrel, chocolate mint (I think ?), cask, and maybe a bourbon barrel variation. All were good but the pumpkin definitely stood out. Can't wait for this years beer week, wonder what varieties they're making.
