Didn't know it was a requirement for a fridge truck.

When I got it, it was 4 cases out on the floor, not in the cooler, and certainly didn't feel cold to the touch. It was close to cellar temp, but wasn't in their beer cellar room, or the cooler.

Pasadena company store said they have enough to last the entire week. So really, no rush.

Glorious beer. Enjoy it if this will be your first shot at it.

Beer guy in lex told me that was required for the distributor to have them, but I'm going off word of mouth so by all means I could be wrong and I know once the beer is in teh store it isn't being kept cold. I am pretty sure they had some rules and issues that distributors had to keep up as you know....they did go through some hoops to get the beer on shelves as fast as they did. Try finding stone ipa or ruination REALLY fresh....

New York City has a lot of people, yet no Enjoy By 7/4. Hm.

Can't you see that they're doing this to bolster their social media and online presence?

If only there was a Web site where you could trade with other members for limited release beers...

I bet you I have cast 20 votes via Twitter to bring it to VA. All I got was the state trending...lol. Hopefully I'll pick up a bottle from a generous BA!

I heard on another sub-forum that it was in New England, but it's definitely not according to their map. Can anyone confirm that either way? I had three bottles of 4/20, and would love to try the new batch.

Did they have it on display or hidden in back?

In the back. I called and asked for it. They asked me how many I wanted and had them waiting up front for me.

No limit? Everywhere I've found it has a one bottle limit except one place in El Segundo that was selling it for highway-robbery price of $10.99 a bottle.

My local Bevmo is not very concerned with sharing the wealth. In every limited beer release that they have gotten, they always ask me how much I want. They seem to be perfectly happy to sell all of it to a single person. Last time they got Enjoy By, they received 3 cases and I got the first 4 bottles. A couple hours later, I decided that I should go back and get a couple more for some friends. They told me that right after I left someone came in and bought the remainder (32 bottles!!!). Nuts.
