Good point... how quickly I forgot the lines at Huna day, parking on Columbus at the IRS building and walking 2 miles with a cooler and a case of Huna.

Will all these bottles be for on site consumption only? Need to know how to plan...May be a bit tough to kill a bottle of Huna or similar during brunch if you are the only one drinking.

    By the way, great idea!

Although im guessing all of todays bottles are gone by now (sunday is my day off). Customers who purchase the package deal can take their bottle home if they prefer, but from my experience i think cracking it and drinking it while munching on some cakes is much more baller like.

Me too. My cousin went Saturday and was told by his server he had to drink it there. (Which was fine, no complaints there!)

Excellent marketing move. Not knocking the new location at all since I haven't been, but I have heard they are having some trouble drawing in the day time crowds (aka staying consistently busy throughout the day) as I was told that area is more of an evening meal destination. This isn't verified by any means, but a marketing idea like this definitely helped get the word out!

They probably have an SRX license based on seating capacity and percentage of food sales. This would mean they cannot sell "package" beer or liquor.

But are you buying the bottle? You bought the food and as a promotional give away you, get the beer.

Please contact me and start coming to our tastings. We rarely see Hunahpu's at the, since we all send our bottles out for other beers we can't get.

I can confirm this. I sat on a bottle for too long while waiting on the right occasion to crack it, and it was a shell of its former self. Of course, others' mileage may vary.
