Austin Beerworks 16 ouncers

Greetings from Houston, well done ABW. I can't think of a better IIPA at this price. Keep making quality brews and ill keep seeking them out.

 

Thanks for all the great reviews and feedback. This is shaping up to be a really fun series.

 

Anyone seen this on tap anywhere? Is it going to be on tap anywhere? Or did it all go in cans?

 

It was at Whip In on Saturday.

 

Hmm... either they haven't updated their website (very possible) or already ran out.

 

Think they update Taplister more frequently, but it looks to be gone from there also.

 

Missed all around myself due to work. Maybe I'll stumble over some in Austin.

Seriously, exactly what I'm looking for in DIPA. It might not be as good an IPA as Enjoy By, but it's a superior beer for me.

 

I guess it is alright for people to like this one, and apparently they won't be called a homer?

Anyway, I just had this on tap at Cottonwood. Again, ABW makes another great beer, and another example of the many great beers made in this state.

 

I'll be impressed when a Texas Beer Release can make it to the Beer Releases forum.

 

I don't care at all about that...and I don't know why anybody would?

I don't think it was sarcasm so much as just that like, we aren't really recognised for our beer, but some of our premier breweries are putting out super respectable beers, yet those releases still get relegated to the SW forums as fi they aren't big enough to be on the egeneral forums. idk i'm drunk, sorry.

 

the apparent only keg in houston was tapped last night and im sure its floated already

 

I am almost positive it will still be on today.

 

Its about half full- slim

 

Oh, and for the record, I said I was going to do a side by with Valkyrie also, but that beer does not deserve to be in the same photograph or discussion as the other two. Hop Delusion would be nice to compare though.
