Sixpoint Resin hides the booze well. It's easy to down those quickly...and at 9% it could be dangerous :grinning:

Permanent Funeral was probably the smoothest IIPA i've ever had that wasn't from VT. If you didn't already know you'd never guess it was 10%. Hopslam was the opposite, way too boozy and overall pretty meh.

2 DIPAs that are pretty big, but have barely any boozy alcohol present at all. Just awesome fruity, hoppy deliciousness. Two of the best DIPAs made if you ask me.

EDIT: I'm adding Half Acre Navaja to my list too. Had that on draft from their taproom last weekend and it blew me away on how drinkable and well hidden the booze was for a 9.7% beer. I've been thinking about that beer all week long. Amazing!

If you find yourself in Oregon, I think Crux's Mosaic Imperial IPA is extremely well-balanced.

I find Notorious to be a bit boozy, but hides most of it well.

Nefarious also does a pretty good job, but it gets a bit boozy near the end of a pint.

A lot of those are on my regular rotation- very nice list (though probably not exactly draheim's cup of tea).

Although not high on the abv chart, I'd go with Lagunitas Sucks. Goes down way to easy. Others mentioned above are great as well.

I don't recall any DIPA I would have considered boozy. I think it's much more noticeable in imperial stouts, though those are often stronger than DIPA.
