Definitely getting tickets, but I'm hoping they will bust out something special because it is very pricey. Otherwise, I will be eating an unhealthy amount of food to get my money's worth, haha.

Maybe they got Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd to perform a one off gig during the event!! Now that would be worth the fifty.

Can't wait, went there for 1st time last wknd and was amazing! Tried their apprentice and pupil IPA's and was blown away! Would say they are almost on par with Sculpin and Alpine's best. Wish they would bottle cause they charge $23 for a new growler, while metallic and cool looking with beer, tip and tax paid about $50 for it.

I guess I'll be the first to say, based on their facebook post a little bit a ago, they have made some changes (specifics not yet released) to the anniversary.... Just guessing that it will have to do with either the price, or what is included for the price, or a combo of those two.

Make the T shirt an optional buy and include more pours for the same price point and more people will jump in. And release the beer lineup at a minimum!

Updated Party details were posted on FB, here they are for those that don't use it. I like this setup.

    Dear Societe fans,

Thanks for all the feedback on the anniversary event. It's pretty clear – while you may be excited about the food or merch, in the end it's all about the beer.

We have restructured the event as follows:
The ticket price will now be $30 and will include all beer (except for growler fills) and a commemorative glass to be used at the event. To clarify; beer is INCLUDED (except for growler fills) while food and merch will be available for optional purchase. Expect to see 12 beers on tap!

There will also be a $5 ticket for non-drinkers/designated drivers. These ticket holders will not be allowed to consume alcohol at the event. They will receive the commemorative glass at the end of the event.

For those that have already purchased tickets; your session choice(s) are still reserved but please look for an email from Brown Paper Tickets with instructions on what to do.

Again, thank you for the honest feedback, we're glad you spoke up. We can't thank you enough for your support and loyalty in our first year. You helped us get here and we want to celebrate you (and our beer)!

The new tickets are available from the link tagged in this post.

    Cheers!

    - Douglas & Travis

I bet if you ask for no beards they won't be as flexible.

I can see a set number of pours, but unlimited? That's wild stuff.

Awesome news Societe. Although I could not make this event I praise Societe for listening to the people and stepping up. I honestly dont think they needed to make the change with all the love for this awesome brewery. I know they would of sold out for each session with the old price at 50. But for Societe to change their plans tells you that they are world class. A big Cheers for Societe!

So let me get this straight. . . . .it's now $30 for all the beers you can drink (no growler fills)? Plus yo get to keep the glass? If so this will sell out quick. So sad I have to work that weekend. So sad.

tickets have been on sale since last saturday and are still available on BPT.

They didn't sell out of any session at the original pricepoint/structure at least so far, though with the added changes I wouldn't be surprised if they did and much more quickly.

I wish I could go. I have work that weekend. And a $5 DD. What a deal!! Thats a huge difference from the original $$. Like I said, I don't think they had to make the change. I feel that maybe for 50 they could of had a glass to take home and 3 or 4 fills of whatever beers they will be having at this event. This might be the event of the year, besides Firestone Walkers Invetational!

I just bought two tickets to the early Saturday session because of their flexibility. 12 beers on draft = excite!
