    OK...sure I won't be the only one going WTF over this one, but I am not scared of admitting my ignorance. What the hell does this one stand for (yes, I Googled and hit the acronym/slang finder....)

    My Father's Day Weekend:

    At Greenbush Brewing Co. I had a 6 beer flight with a choice of 5/6 year-round beers and one special release. The order goes clockwise from left.

    Then an amazing IPA at Hopleaf in Chicago's Andersonville Park.

    This was supposed to go in last night, but forgot since I was playing The Last of Us on PS3, anyways, a little over 2 years old(6-9-11) and remembered it was in the cellar. Happy with how age didn't kill this beer, one of the few exceptions on aging an DIPA. Reminds me a lot like North Coast Old Stock Ale, a lot of carmel, nice sweetness, but not too sweet, very well balanced. Loved 90 fresh, and love it like this. ISO moar.

    Now onto today. Had my regular coffee earlier, and wanted more. I haven't had this in a long time, and have passed it by numerous times as nothing was very fresh the past 4ish months, but this had 6-6-13, and couldn't pass up, especially since they have since went to a slightly tweeked method of brewing this, and the coffee really comes through a lot more than I remembered. Great coffee beer. Honestly, I don't see how it can get anymore true to flavor/balance than this.
