    So there is not just one box in transit, but Biglobo has decided to beat up on his poor target for another box....so much for closer.

    Also, to all participants (primarily) and anyone else interested in round three, a post will be sent out in mid August to get the next round going.

    So Sorry its taken so long to get back on this one but holy crap. I get back from my honeymoon to my parents sue'n my ass for damages left by outoffocus. I will have to get the **** up in a bit after the work day is done but jeezus man.

    2011 and 2012 Weyebacher Reserva (want and have/cant get enough)
    Cantillon- RDG 375 (loon!!! who doesnt want)
    Weyerbacher Insanity ( love it, but my brother has never had it so I will be passing it along to him)
    2x KBS (perma Want)
    1x Backwoods Bastard (favorite Founders brew)
    Pipeworks- flower child Berliner weise ( been loving some pipeworks and very excited to try)
    Rodenbach oak aged 2009 and 2010 (should be wants)
    Vivant- Escoffier (should be want)
    JP- La Roja ( Perma Want)

    Thanks for the killer box. you seemed to have gotten in my head an figured out my tastes exactly.

    Cant wait for a round 3.

    Glad you like it Kwaide. I was sweating not finding any wants for you. This exercise just illustrated to me how far Western PA has to go to catch up with the better craft beer areas of the country. Anyway, that Cantillon might have some age on it if I recall correctly. I think the bottle date is sometime in 2010. I didn't think anything of it at the time because it was the first one I had ever seen (I made a calculated guess that RendoMike was my sender and that I'd be getting some back-- thanks again Mike!!) and figured they just aged them all a bit like the Rodenbach vintages, but that wasn't the case with the others I've now seen.

    Old loons new loons its all great. I mean I just love the shit out of some sours and RDG is on of my favorite loons next to iris.

    Oh and never worry about your personal distro. VA isn't too much better but no matter what there is always a beer that someone else may want. And what really matters is you can get beers you enjoy as well. That's what this site is all about is getting beers to people that maybe have never had the chance.

    Box arrived today - wife brought it in, called me to let me know it "smelled like beer and probably leaked"

    Thanks. I am guessing the growler may have leaked. It was meant to be part of the swag, but I didn't want to send an empty growler, so I had it filled when I bought it! Whoops. Anyway, it was Revolver Blood & Honey, a very nice local beer. Sorry about that!
