Wow!!!! Thanks for the rec because this had world class all the way. A very tasty beer, so fruity with great citrus notes.

Stopped by Nobility Ale Works on Saturday and picked up 3 more of this citra hopped bomb. This is about the only place I know that has it on the shelves. Also had a glass of it while I was there. Place has changed since the last time I was there two years ago. Bigger.

Yeah, really liking the Nobility. Picked up 2 more bottles at Whole Foods HB. Kind of tastes like a slightly tamer Simtra. (Yes I know they use different hops, but the beers taste similar to me, with the Simtra being a little better.)

Had some last night at the Re-Release. It is outstanding once again. I really wish they'd make this more often.

Too bad its tasting room only for this batch. But worth heading to Noble Ale for glass or two and growler fill.

The only downside David, wish they would have bottled this batch, so delicious.

    Cheers

Wow, may have to head over there to visit.

    Do they fill generic growlers?

Since this old thread has been resurrected I have to say I have become a big fan of Noble Ale Works. Have finally had fresh Nobility, Royalty, and many other great beers that Evan has put out. Had this batch of Nobility from a little cask a couple weeks ago at the Nepenthia beer garden and it was fantastic. I'll have to stop by the brewery this weekend for more.

I see their bottles around, but a bomber at $6 with no bottled on date is a pass for me every time.

I know their recent bombers has new labels on them. I got a bottle of Big Whig at the brewery a month ago and it was an old label. Actually the guy behind the counter gave it to me because it was an older batch. Took it home and opened it the next day. Poured 80% of it and dumped the remaining. But it was still okay. More recently I bought two bottles at Lazy Acres and it had the new label on it so I knew it was a fresh bottle. It was delicious at 5.99 a bottle. So if you come across Big Whig and it has the new label it should be fresh.

Had a chance to stop in to Noble Ale Works for the first time on Friday. Haven't pulled the string on ordering their beer when I see it in SD. Great place, quite packed though no doubt due to a pre-Angel game crowd. The beers were above solid. Nobility was a nice beer, but really only for the taster size I had. That beer's flavor (and to some extent mouthfeel) was not conducive to drinking a full pint, for me, like a Pure Hop, Bad Boy, or PtE for example would be.

When is the last time you've been in? I've been in a couple times so far this year and they had some great beers both times. Naughty Sauce and Gosebusters are some of my favorite beers this year.
