    It's like a nice dinner party, everything is going smoothly, and then someone's grandmother rips a huge fart, everyone starts puking everywhere, and chaos ensues.

    I liken it to the abhorrent little insect that flies around your face. Eventually your instinct to not hit yourself is outweighed by the need to kill it. Hey, I may have a red mark on my face but he's dead, all in all I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome.

    Pancakes were great yesterday, would love to have had the chicken and biscuits as well (there were a few of us and it would have been nice to share a couple different dishes) but we were gone before these posts were up. I will definitely head back here to try the other food next time I am in Tampa.

    Has anyone actually consumed the vintage bottle at the brewpub with the breakfast? I am imagining not, I'm also imaging a Willy Wonka-esque twist where you're awarded some huge grand prize for consuming the pairing as intended, instead of taking your bottle away to trade with Slugworth for fresh Heady Topper. :wink:

    As far as I know (I've done twice now) no one has consumed on site. That being said I believe that those of us who are willing to pay 40$ for a beer and pancakes are less likely to simply trade it away.

    If I could have made it there this weekend, I would have drank it on the spot; I don't see a 2012 Hunahpu getting any better at this point.

    I agree, one of the tasting room bartenders said it's drinking great now. I plan on drinking it on my two days off which is tomorrow :slight_smile: I wouldn't trade it for anything as I didn't have last year's batch.

    I'll be down there Saturday for my first visit to the brewpub. Can't wait to find out what the release is and try some of these pancakes.

    Not I, both the Huna and the sweet stout from last weekend are staring at me every time I open my fridge :grinning:

    There also seems to be a trend of bottle sharing before opening, who's interested in doing that this Saturday? And what might you bring?
