Latest Pipeworks Releases and Updates

Drinking a Centennial Ninja right now and it is damn delicious as expected. So my question is, when is Amarillo Ninja coming out?

 

Two questions.....does anyone know if or when Pipeworks will be available in Northwest Indiana. Also, is 18th Street Brewery affiliated with Pipeworks or totally separated?

 

Drew w/ 18th St brews for Pipeworks and contract brews for his own line at Pipeworks' and Spiteful's facilities. I know Drew is working on opening up his own place in NWI...recently signed a lease in the Miller Beach neighborhood...working on permits and such with the City of Gary.

Pipeworks coming to NWI...not getting my hopes up...hopefully soon to the SE burbs at least. I know of a couple places trying to get them on board.

 

Is there any chance that first batch Blue Lady got any better?

 

Im sure theyll make it to IN eventually, but pretty sure it wont be for a while. From what I understand theyre not accepting new accounts til they can spawn more brews. That and the **** van is probably racking up the miles on all the deliveries

cracked a bottle yesterday and it is still the same.....and I kinda like it :-)

 

i have a bottle of it. it wasn't bad the first time for me and i enjoyed it.
i guess i should just knock it out and see for myself.

 

I hear some stores reporting OTA in.

 

Which ones? FwB at WLV? They always seem to be first on the delivery schedule. I am heading out of town for two weeks on Wednesday and am crossing my fingers to grab a bottle before I have to go.

I drove past Pipeworks today and it looked like they had several cases of Marilime Law Ninja ready to go out - but maybe that was the OTA and I mistook it for MLN.

 

Highland Park had OTA, marilime and centennial ninja on the shelves this afternoon.

 

Cool, I checked with the folks around me in Bucktown and they said hopefully tomorrow.

 

OTA - another winner, very impressed!

 

Does it taste like those chocolate oranges they sell around Christmas?

 

Nah the orange is subtle. More subtle than the raspberrries in the RTA, I think.

I picked up all three of those there today, right when the storm rolled in. The OTA will probably move with me to NC (gonna miss all the Chicago beers I won't be able to get easily down there).

 

Just want to reiterate how awesome the recent batches of Centennial Ninja are.

 

I liked the first batch, to be quite honest. I got six bottles shipped from WLV, and I never thought that I needed to get a glass in compensation for them. I did sense the baby puke off flavor, but it somehow worked for me. That said, I was left drinking full bottles when I opened them in company.
