A lot of places get zero DFH, like Indiana :slight_frown:

I agree with this. Maybe the best beer you can by in $/oz.

I would have to say Founders Centennial IPA or Red's Rye. Outstanding!

There's too many to mention, but Firestone comes to my mind for having the most solid all-year lineup. I could drink just Velvet Merlin, Union/Double Jack and DBA until the day I die.

Some more good beers, but both Firestome and Founders have pretty limited distribution, even Bells for that matter.

No Founders or Bells in CA, that's 37,000,000 people without right there :slight_frown:

I just love how half of the beers mentioned are not even available here in WV... It truly shows how piss poor distribution is here.

Stone is really the only "widely distributed" craft beer imo unless you count stuff like SV and SA.

Bells, Founders, DFH - they are all tiny.

I second the nomination for St. Bernardus Abt 12. I also second the nomination for Weihenstephaner Hefeweiss and would like to nominate SN Torpedo, Old Rasputin, DH Palo Santo Maron, Unibroue Trois Pistoles, Ommegang Three Phils, Abbey Ale, and Hennepin.

I'm not sure how widely-distributed Alesmith is (I have to drive about a half-hour to get it), but Speedway Stout is absolutely phenomenal for a year-around stout.

Alesmith is an absolutely tiny brewery here in San Diego.

I'd consider "widely distributed" to be at least 40 States.

By that measure, I think the many Founders and Bell's recommendations are disqualified.

Which begs the question: which breweries actually distribute to 40 or more states?
