    I make it a point to drink a bottle of beer fresh before I put another exact same bottle in the cellar and let it age. I think that makes more sense (shouldn't drink and post).

    I see a few cases of New Glarus made it all the way to CT.

    These are lg. They are about 50 bottle fridges that are supposed to lay down. I've got about 40 bottles in there 15 of which are bombers, the rest are 12oz.

    I couldn't agree more with this - what's the point in aging something without a baseline?

    I see that you have waxed many of yours that did not come that way. I have thought about doing this (have the wax for it) but am
    Never sure if it will help or hurt the process. Have you tried any side by side?

    All the beers I had that were waxed have been fine , even ones with known carbonation issues were good to go , it definitely won't hurt to wax them ..
