Wait...what happened to Vegas? I lived there for six years, but that was four years ago. Your posts kept me updated on the city's constant changes. Am I mistaking you for someone else or what?

Mistaking you with Destral from Nevada. Similar avatars and both starting with "D". Nothing personal. Cheers and Happy Drinking!

Unfortunately I don't have a 2010, but have do have a couple of 2011, 2012, and 2013. Hopefully the qualities of these beers carry over.

2010 3f Gueuze was phenomenal when I had it recently.

2004 Cantillon Gueuze is doing really well right now. Virtually no carbonation (but I don't mind that). The sourness is really muted and there's a beautiful woody wine like flavour goin on. I've opened up 5 bottles over the last 4 months and each one is stunning. Opened one up for a friend who ownes an extensive Argentinian wine cellar and he was simply blown away. I've never seen somebody smell a beer so intensely in my life.

I'm thoroughly enjoying a 2011 Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout tonight...should probably open a 2012 for comparison...

I've got a 2010 floating around in the cellar, I might have to pop that open soon.

Hmm. My bottle that I cracked earlier this week was decidedly lacking in barrel character. Not at all what I would consider "in its prime" for a barrel-aged stout. What temp have you stored it at?

2011 North Coast Old Stock Ale is starting to come into its own. Dark honey, golden raisins, and (surprisingly) a bit of toffee. Generally brighter than the 2010 tasted at 2/2.5 years. Speaking of which, I should probably taste one of those soon.

The April 2011 bombers of Goose Island Fleur are still tasting great. May be starting to oxidize. I don't think I'll be holding onto my last two bottles for the full five years. It will be sad when they're gone though.
