how close is mexican cake in flavor compared to Huna?

 

that preopening is better than the actual bottle release. like huna day all over.

 

I missed the Mexican Cake, perhaps another member will chime in...

 

Thanks. I've been trying to track it down in trade, but if it is practically Huna, i've got plenty of that.

 

Did you try the old viscosity? i have a bottle of Older viscosity that I'm been waiting to open... might bring it along to a future pre-release share.

 

I did, it was pretty tasty! Lots a great ones this morning...

 

What was the best one you tried? BCBCS?

 

Damn can't believe I missed this. Is vintage weekend release just on Saturdays? or do they do one Sunday too?

The Black Butte was solid, so too was BCBS.. I brought along the La Folie and tried it for the first time and it was great... A few bottles of Fantome showed up after the pic and they rocked too...

The pre-opening tasting is fantastic, then you get the CCB lineup when the doors open. Makes for a great day...

 

any one been on sunday mornign? are the pre-tastings a bit less insanely good (all the real dedicated people coming on saturdays)?

 

I'm gonna ride up there tomorrow w/ a couple bombers if anyone wants to join.
