Is there any Cantillon left in Pittsburgh?

    I was wondering if anyone has seen any Cantillon bottles in the 'Burgh recently. A fellow BA and I very recently cleaned out stock of '10 Cantillon Kriek at the Sharp Edge Creekhouse. A recent trip to House of 1K Beers yielded nothing. How ridiculous is it that I asked the owner of 99 Bottles in Carnegie to order some in? Is it that easy? Why does Market District Robinson never carry it, at least, that I have ever seen?

    In short, what's the dilly, yo?

    i've never seen it on the shelf anywhere, ever. i've only sen it at sharp edge occasionally

    Years ago it wasn't uncommon to see it at D's, House, Sharp Edge, Kelly's, etc., but Cantillon's really pulled back. I'd be very surprised if your special order through 99 Bottles is fruitful. Head to Vintage Estate.

    Heard something about shelton bros wanting to change distributors in western pa and withholding Cantillon and the ilk until that happens. Not sure how true it is but I could believe it considering I never see Cantillon or drie fonteinen in Pittsburgh anymore.

    And vintage estates only gets it in every once in awhile and very limited amounts and usually just rose, gueuze and broucella.
