its not pretty but it works. basically all lambic and gueuze minus a few that are not. everything else is in boxes.

Nope. I haven't been doing that for very long, though. I figure that the only thing that can really happen is transfer of the plastic lining from the cap into the liquid, but it doesn't seem to me that it'll happen much more quickly with liquid contact vs vapor pressure contact. Plus that material is PVC (or something similar) so it should be fairly inert.

Interesting, especially since there never was one :stuck_out_tongue: That was a basic 2011 DL.

I swear, every time I get asked for something on BA it's when I'm on the computer that doesn't have it. The design is at home, I'll upload it when I get home, though if you can send me a reminder BM in ~7 hours that'd be perfect.

I need to build a few more so I think I'll actually document the process this time. I should be able to do that in the next few days.

I'm ready. I don't think the 727040 pixels on my iPhone 5 can handle all the bottles you have

Thanks for the heads up. I just sent the family up and down the stairs to test, no movement. Then I had to try to explain to my wife why SHE is running up and down the stairs for MY beer lol

    I remembered!

    Rear Holder: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7oghtyBOJcuUnBxRTRoRHB5SXM/edit?usp=sharing
    Separator: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7oghtyBOJcuVDM1cHpodUp0OFU/edit?usp=sharing

There's not much complicated going on there, but I will note that the separators gave me a lot of headache. Making a square notch is nontrivial, and since it's an interference fit with the wood it needs to be in a pretty tight range. I had to do a lot of filing to get my holes the right size. If you (or anyone else who wants to make these) have any questions just let me know. Next time I make more (this weekend, in all likelihood) I'll take some pictures and do a writeup of the process.
